EMU: 2023: Earned Great Lakes All-Region honors, becoming the first EMU woman to do so since 2019 via a 20:53.5 run in the 6K at the Great Lakes Regional Championships, finishing 18th, Nov. 10…Earned First Team All-MAC honors via a 20:31.6 run in the 6k at the MAC Championships, finishing second, Oct. 28…Named to the Academic All-MAC Team…Had a PR 19:54.3 6K, for a ninth-place finish at the Arturo Barrios Invite, Oct. 13…Also ran a 5K PR of 17:05.9, finishing fourth at the Live in Lou Classic, Sept. 29-30.
