EMU: 2024-25: Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Earned a personal-best heptathlon score of 4442 points at the MAC Indoor Championships, Feb. 28-March 1, with his day two score of 2065 ranking ninth in the program top ten, along with his 1000m (2:45.69) earning the second spot in the program top ten, and his shot put (9.99m) earning 10th in program history… Also secured a personal-best in the high jump (1.80m) at the Bob Parks Memorial Meet, Jan. 25, and another personal-best in the 60m of the heptathlon (7.51) at the SVSU Jet’s Pizza Invitational, Jan. 31-Feb. 1… Outdoor: Competed in three meets… Earned a personal-best in the decathlon at the MAC Outdoor Championships, May 15-17, with a score of 5575, and personal-bests in all of the events outside of the 400m, high jump, and shot put… His decathlon high jump (1.78m) earned the 10th spot in program history, his 400m (51.88) earned the sixth spot, and his pole vault (3.95m) earned the seventh spot… Also secured a personal-best in the 400m (51.83) at the Len Paddock Open, May 9.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Seneca Valley High School where he served as a captain for two seasons, competing as a multi athlete on the Screaming Eagles’ track & field team…Won an Individual Maryland Indoor State Championship in the pole vault with a 12-feet, 6-inch vault in the 2023 season, a vault that also serves as the school record…2021 USATF Junior Olympic Decathlon All-America…Earned all-county first team honors three times and named team MVP four times…A member of the school record-setting 4x200m relay team (1:28.85)…Lead his team to a MPSSAA 4A runner-up finish after securing a county and regional championship during his senior season…Clocked a 50.89 400m dash his senior year, along with a 36.85 300m, 41.31 300m hurdles, and a 20-foot long jump.
