EMU: 2024-25: Indoor: Competed in six meets… Ran a personal-best in the 60m hurdles (8.18) at the MAC Indoor Championships, Feb. 28-March 1… Secured top-three finishes in the 200m at the Bob Parks Memorial Meet, Jan. 25, and in the 60m hurdles at the Michigan Invitational, Feb. 8… Set a personal-best in the 300m (36.17) at the Wolverine Invitational, Jan. 11, along with a personal-best 200m (22.27) at the Michigan Invitational… Outdoor: Competed in nine meets… Ran a second-place finish with a personal-best 400m hurdles (52.35) at the Hillsdale College Last Chance Meet, May 7… Also secured two other top-three finishes in the 400m hurdles, the first at the Spartan Invite, April 4, and then at the MAC Outdoor Championships, May 15-17… Set a personal-best in the 400m (49.14) at the Hillsdale College Last Chance Meet, along with a personal-best 110m hurdles (14.33) at the Len Paddock Open, May 9.
