EMU: 2019-20: Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic...Indoor: Competed in nine meets for the Eagles, including the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships Feb. 28-29...Appeared in the 60m, 200m, and 60m hurdles prelims at the conference meet...Finished third in the 200m dash (22.55) and seventh in the 60m hurdles (8.70) at the Silverston Invitational, Feb. 21...Recorded a personal-best time of 52.06 in the 400m dash at the GVSU Big Meet, Feb. 14...Won the 60m dash at the Jack Skoog Open with a time of 6.91, while finishing fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.29, Jan. 31...Placed sixth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.51 and finished 11th in the 300m dash with a personal-best time of 36.17 at the Can-Am International, Jan. 25...Set a pair of personal-bests at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open, Jan. 17, as he finished third in the 200m dash (21.94) and the 60m hurdles (8.16)...Ranked sixth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.27 at the Wolverine Invitational, Jan. 11...Made his season debut at the SVSU Holiday Open, Dec. 6, where he placed sixth in the 60m dash (6.97) and fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.19)...2018-19: Outdoor: Did not compete...Indoor: Did not compete...HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Hilliard Bradley High School in Hilliard, Ohio…Was a state qualifier and finalist in the 60m dash and 60m hurdles during his senior year…Also qualified to states in the indoor 60m hurdles and the outdoor 110m hurdles as a junior…Named to the all-district first team for the 60m dash and 60m hurdles in his senior campaign, while earning first team honors in the 60m hurdles and 110m hurdles as a junior…Finished as a state finalist in the 110m hurdles during the outdoor season in his junior year…As a sophomore, Frymier earned first team all-conference honors for his performance in the 110m hurdles, while qualifying to the indoor state championship in the 60m hurdles…Finished his career as a three-time MVP for the outdoor track team…PERSONAL: Full Name: Alec Julius Frymier…Son of Joel Frymier and Liz Tambellini…Has two brothers, Adam Frymier and Jacob Slater…Major: Exercise science.
