EMU: 2025: Joins the EMU baseball program as an incoming transfer from Carson-Newman University.
 
CARSON-NEWMAN: Spent four seasons at Carson-Newman where he earned two SAC Player of the Week Awards and was named to the Second-Team All-SAC Preseason Team prior to the 2023 season.
 
2024: Played in 46 games...in 148 at-bats, registered a .297 average and 1.066 OPS...Knocked 44 hits, with 13 homers, 12 doubles, and one triple...Drove in 39 runs...Walked 21 times while striking out 29 times...Homered twice while driving in five runs against Tusculum, April 11. 

2023: Unable to hit due to an injury, Travis toed the slab for five games giving up one run in 4 1/3 innings...Tossed three straight scoreless outings against Tusculum, Shorter and Emory & Henry.
 
2022: The Soddy Daisy, Tenn., native produced a breakout season in 2022 hitting .304 with nine homers and 43 RBIs after tallying three long balls and 22 RBIs in the first 46 games of his career. Dealing with injuries in February, the right-handed bat was held to a .148 batting average without a long ball and six RBIs in 10 games. Over the final 33 affairs of the year, he hit .342 with nine dingers, eight doubles, two triples and 37 RBIs. He finished in the top 10 of the league with one RBI per game, a .622 slugging percentage and a team-leading four triples. Over a five-day stretch in April, Travis launched five home runs while driving in at least one run in 17 of the final 20 contests of the season. All told he ended the season with 12 multi-hit games and 12 multi-RBI contests. The backstop registered two games with at least four RBIs while the rest of the team notched five combined. Entering the 2023 season, he is riding a four-game hitting streak after having hits in 11 of the final 12 games of last season, five of which were at least two knocks. On March 29 against DePauw, Travis finished a single shy of the cycle going 3-for-3 with four RBIs. In a 9-6 series finale triumph at Tusculum on April 10, he went 3-for-5 with two homers, a triple, five RBIs and two runs scored to start a string of three straight games with multiple pokes. The Volunteer State native tied for the team lead with 21 hits with runners in scoring position posting a .375 average in those situations, the top mark on the roster.
 
2021: Played 35 games, starting in 28 of them…In 97 at-bats, batted .299 with an .826 OPS…Recorded 29 hits and nine extra-base hits (six doubles, three home runs)…Drove in 21 runs…Defensively, recorded 31 put outs and tallied three assists…Posted a .971 fielding percentage.
 
2020: Started six of 11 games tallying four hits producing a flawless fielding percentage... Tallied first-career RBI on a base hit in the second inning at Alabama-Huntsville on March 11... Notched first-career start in a 11-7 win v. #1 Tampa on Feb. 15. going 1-for-3 with a walk and run scored... Produced first-career hit, a solid single up the middle, in the 6th inning v. King on Feb. 11, 2020.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Soddy Daisy High School in Soddy Daisy, Tenn., where he played for the Trojans’ baseball team as a catcher…Named to the 2019 all-district team.
