EMU will play host to Bowling Green inside Rynearson Stadium for the first time since 2017
CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Mid-American Conference announced game times and television broadcast assignments for games to be played the week of Nov. 4-8 with Eastern Michigan University's home game with Bowling Green State University, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 8, slated for a 1 p.m. kick on ESPN+. Along with the television stream, fans can tune in to hear the game with Tom Helmer (play-by-play), Rob Rubick (analyst), Elena Davis (sideline), and Greg Steiner (halftime) bringing all the action live on WEMU (89.1 FM), The Varsity Network app, and SiriusXM.
The Eagles and Falcons, who are meeting for the first time since the 2021 season and the first time inside Rynearson Stadium since the 2017 campaign, will play on a day designated as: One Nest - One Nation. The game will be dedicated to honoring military personnel and first responders through EMU's Salute to Service initiative. Special recognitions, tributes, and guest appearances will fill the day with powerful moments of gratitude. For many, it's a reminder that football is more than a game -- it's a way to connect, give thanks, and recognize those who serve our communities with courage and commitment.
The Eagles are on their bye this week with the game with BGSU their next on the slate.
