2023-24: Indoor: Named Women’s Most Outstanding Track Performer at the 2024 MAC Indoor Championships…All-MAC First Team selection…Captured a triple crown with three event wins at the MAC Indoor Championships (3,000m - 9:25.38, mile - 4:49.67, 800m - 2:10.26)...Became the second woman in MAC history to win the 3,000m, mile, and 800m at the MAC Indoor Championships…Set the school record with a 4:38.91 indoor mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite…Ran the sixth-fastest 3,000m in program history in 9:23.90 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener…Set a PR in the 800m in 2:09.37 at the Bob Parks Memorial…Overall, earned five first-place finishes and eight top-three finishes…Outdoor: Second Team All-MAC…Competed in four total meets…Set a PR in the 1500m (4:17.98) at the Wake Forest Invitational, a run that stands as the second-fastest outdoor 1500m in program history…Placed second with a 4:27.44 1500m at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Catholic Central High School in London, Ontario, where she ran track and cross country, as well as soccer…Ran under Head Coach Andrew Galloway as a mid-distance athlete…Named freshman cross country MVP and Female Athlete of the Year during her freshman season with the Crusaders…She also won track and field MVP as a junior…Capped off her high school career by being named MVP for both track and field and cross country…Was again named Female Athlete of the Year as a senior…
