The number one priority of Eastern Michigan University Athletics is to emphasize the health and safety of its student-athletes, coaches and staff. As a department, we are committed to abiding by the safeguards outlined by public health officials. We have created this form to provide you with an opportunity to disclose issues in a confidential, anonymous manner.
This form is intended as a resource to provide an anonymous reporting line for inquiries outside of the athletics department, but it is not the only means of reporting information.
