Justin Parbs joined the Eastern Michigan football staff as a special-teams quality control coach in 2025.
Before arriving in Ypsilanti, Parbs served as a graduate assistant football coach at Wisconsin Lutheran College from 2022-24. During his tenure, he helped coach two defensive backs to second-team all-conference honors in 2024. The previous season, he mentored one second-team and one honorable-mention all-conference linebacker.
A native of Milwaukee, Wis., and a graduate of Brookfield East High School in 2018, Parbs was a multi-sport athlete, earning all-conference honors in both football and track and field. On the gridiron, he was named honorable mention all-conference in 2017 and first team all-conference in 2018.
Parbs played collegiate football at Wisconsin Lutheran College from 2018-22. He earned second-team all-conference honors in 2021 and was named first-team all-conference in 2022. He graduated as a multiple school record holder.
Parbs earned a bachelor’s degree in politics and law from Wisconsin Lutheran in 2022 and completed his master’s in sports and recreation management in 2024.
