EMU Volleyball Sets 2018 Spring Schedule

EMU will travel for four events this spring
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team has set its schedule for the spring of 2018, Head Coach Kimi Olson announced, Feb. 26. The Eagles will play four events against a multitude of opponents from across the Midwest.
"We are so excited to compete this spring and build upon our success from last fall," said Olson. "We have scheduled some tougher competition to test us throughout the semester, and look forward to continuing our strides forward to our ultimate goal of becoming Mid-American Conference champions."
After opening up its spring season with a scrimmage at Oakland, March 9, Eastern Michigan will travel to the Spring Premier in Maumee, Ohio, March 31, where it will square off with familiar foes Bowling Green and Toledo, as well as Wayne State and Wheeling Jesuit.
As the calendar turns to April, the Eagles will play in two more events, beginning with the Legends Volleyball Tournament at Legacy Center in nearby Brighton, Mich. The spring wraps up with a trip to East Lansing, Mich. to take on both the current Michigan State roster as well as the Michigan State Alumnae team.
