Soccer Releases 2017 Spring Schedule

The Eagles will play five games over the course of a month
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University Head Women's Soccer Coach Scott Hall announced today, Feb. 27, the Eagles five-game spring schedule. The Green and White will play four of its five spring games at EMU's Indoor Practice Facility.
The Eagles will square off with familiar foes this spring, as the five-game slate includes four opponents from EMU's 2016 schedule. After opening the spring against Concordia, Eastern will travel to Rochester, Mich. for an evening clash against Oakland, March 11. From there, the Eagles will return home for the next two weekends to battle Mid-American Conference opponents Central Michigan (March 18) and Toledo (March 25). Eastern Michigan closes out spring season against Detroit Mercy, April 1.
The Eagles' 2016 season came to a close in the MAC Tournament Quarterfinals, Oct. 30, against Kent State. EMU concluded the season with a 6-10-4 overall record and returns several key contributors for the 2017 campaign.
