Eagles' Game at Akron Selected for National Broadcast on CBSSN

The men's basketball game at Akron will now be played Friday, Jan. 20, on the CBS Sports Network

CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) — CBS Sports Network (CBSSN) has seleted the Eastern Michigan University men's basketball team's contest at the University of Akron scheduled Saturday, Jan. 21, as one of its wildcard games. With the selection of the contest, the game day will move from Saturday to Friday, Jan. 20, and be played at 6:30 p.m.

WEMU (89.1 FM) will provide audio coverage of the game.

The EMU men's basketball team (9-6, 1-1 MAC) continues its Mid-American Conference schedule Tuesday, Jan. 10, as it travels south to Bowling Green, Ohio, to square off with Bowling Green State University at 7 p.m.
