Women's Rowing to Host Junior Day

The clinic will take place Feb. 4 at the Convocation Center
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan Women's rowing team will host a Junior Day clinic, Saturday, Feb. 4 at the Convocation Center. Any and all female high school athletes are welcome to attend.
The clinic will start with check-in at 8:45, followed by an opportunity to meet the coaching staff and tour the facilities from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The clinic itself will run from noon to 2 p.m. and will end with the opportunity to attend the EMU women's basketball game versus Central Michigan at 2 p.m.
The day will allow athletes to explore academic opportunities at EMU, as well as get a look into the life of an EMU rower. It will also give the opportunity to participate in an indoor rowing clinic. It offers a no pressure way to give the sport of rowing a try or to fine-tune your skills.
