YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – After four years of successful baseball and softball broadcasts, the Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics has continued the growth of the broadband channel with the announcement of the school's spring broadcast schedule, March 28. The productions are a combined effort between the EMU Athletic Media Relations Office and SIDEARM Sports.
The baseball team will have a minimum of 16 games audio-streamed via Eagle All-Access, beginning with the team's Tuesday, April 5, game in East Lansing, Mich. versus Michigan State University. The softball team will grace the airwaves for at least six contests, beginning with the March 29, non-conference doubleheader at Varsity Field against the University of Detroit.
Chad Bush and Greg Steiner return as the primary voices of the Eagles on the audio-only broadcasts.
The baseball and softball schedule will be available free-of-charge for the fifth consecutive season thanks to sponsorship by IMG College, Cottage Inn Pizza, Cueter, Michigan Dairy, Miles of Golf, Standard Printing, Tower Inn Cafe, Trinity Transportation and Underground Printing.
