EMU Soccer Releases First Game of Spring Slate

EMU will tangle with Detroit, March 4, in Brighton, Mich.
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University women's soccer head coach Scott Hall announced today, March 2, that the Eagles will open the 2016 spring slate this weekend against the University of Detroit Mercy.
The Green and White will take on the Titans Friday, March 4, at 3:30 p.m. The game is set to take place in the fieldhouse of the Legacy Center, located at 9299 Goble Dr., Brighton, MI 48116. The remaining spring games will be announced at a later date with sites and times still to be determined.
Hall and the 2016 Eagles will begin regular-season competition in August. Eastern Michigan fell short of the postseason in 2015, ending the campaign with a 5-11-3 overall record.
