YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team resumes its spring schedule this weekend, March 18-19, as it heads out to Goodyear, Ariz., for the 2016 Desert Shootout at the Palm Valley Golf Club.
The Eagles will compete in a field of 20 programs, including four teams from the GolfWeek.com Top 100: Boise State, BYU, No. 86 Colorado State, Denver, Eastern Michigan, George Washington, Grand Canyon, No. 87 Idaho, Iowa State, No. 41 Kansas, No. 65 Kansas State, Northern Colorado, Nebraska, Northern Illinois, Southern Utah, Tulsa, UMKC, Omaha and Wichita State.
Both the first and third rounds will start at 7:30 a.m. MT. with the Green and White paired with Nebraska, Columbia and Southern Utah.
Live results throughout the two-day event will be available via BirdieFire and full results from each day will be available at the end of the day on EMUEagles.com.
