Central Michigan Game on Nov. 22 to Kick at 7 p.m. on ESPN3

Prior to the game, EMU will honor its 16-member senior class

CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan-Central Michigan football game, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 22, will kickoff at 7 p.m., the Mid-American Conference office announced today, Nov. 14. The game will be shown nationally on ESPN3. WEMU (89.1 FM) will provide audio coverage of the game.

EMU and CMU will meet on the gridiron for the 94th time in history between the two programs, with the Chippewas holding the series lead, 59-28-6.

Prior to the game, EMU will honor its 16-member senior class that includes: Anthony Brown (Iowa City, Iowa-West Iowa-Western C.C.), Mike Brown (Sandusky, Ohio-Sandusky), Sam Browning (Escondido, Calif.-Escondido-Palomar C.C.), Kevin Davis (Indianapolis, Ind.-Warren Central-Indiana), Dion Dawson (Cincinnati, Ohio-Western Hills-Dodge City C.C.), Cole Gardner (Batavia, Ill.-Batavia), Aloyis Gray (Indianapolis, Ind-Pike-Purdue-DuPage), Amos Houston (Detroit, Mich.-Loyola), Jake Hurcombe (Lincolnshire, Ill.-Stevenson), Pat O'Connor (Chicago, Ill.-Saint Rita), Chris O'Risky (Poseyville, Ind.-North Posey), DaQuan Pace (Detroit, Mich.-Cass Tech), Brendan Renius (Lambertville, Mich.-Bedford Senior), Austin Sanders (Ypsilanti, Mich.-Ypsilanti-Michigan State), Darien Terrell (Canton, Ohio-Massillon Jackson), and Andrew Wylie (Midland, Mich.-Midland).

With the 48-41 win over Ball State, Nov. 8, Eastern Michigan is bowl eligible. EMU's last bowl appearance came in 1987, when Eastern defeated San Jose State, 30-27, in the California Bowl. EMU is looking to snap the  second-longest bowl drought in the FBS ranks, as New Mexico State has not been to a bowl since 1960.

The Eagles are back in action Wednesday, Nov. 16, when they host Northern Illinois for mid-week MACtion inside "The Factory." Kickoff from Rynearson Stadium is set for 8 p.m. The Eagles (6-4, 3-3 MAC) will aim for their seventh win when they take on the Huskies Wednesday night.

The contest will be televised nationally by ESPNU with Kevin Brown providing the play-by-play and Craig Haubert serving as the analyst. WEMU (89.1 FM) will provide audio coverage of the game with Matt Shepard and Rob Rubick calling the action on the field. Also, the EMU Ticket Office will be offering a special "Let's Roll to the Bowl" promotion with a ticket to both the NIU and Central Michigan contests for just $20 by calling 734.487.2282.
