Movie Night at The Factory Set for August 24

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics would like to invite you to enjoy an evening inside "The Factory" at Rynearson Stadium for a movie night Monday, Aug. 24. The department is currently holding a poll of four movies to choose from, and the one with the most votes will be shown at dusk on a 32-foot projector screen with surround sound. Gates will open at 8 p.m., with the movie starting at roughly 8:30 p.m.

Fans can vote between Despicable Me 2, Megamind, Wreck it Ralph and Big Hero 6 to be the film shown on that Monday evening. Voting will be available on EMUEagles.com until 5 p.m. on Friday, July 31.

Single attendees, as well as families will be asked for a $5 donation, which 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the United Way of Washtenaw County. All seating will be on the turf and fans are encouraged to bring blankets to sit on, while furniture of any type will be prohibited. Concessions will be available for purchase and the money raised through concession sales will also be donated to the United Way of Washtenaw County.

Everyone can catch the 2015 Eagles for the first time when the Green and White kicks off the season, Sept. 5, versus Old Dominion on the "EMU Gray" turf inside Rynearson Stadium. This season, theme every one of its home contests will be specially themed to further enhance the fan and gameday experience.
