Cold weather conditions cancel March 20 matchup at Oestrike Stadium
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University baseball team's matchup with the University of Michigan Wednesday, March 20, at Oestrike Stadium has been postponed due to cold weather. No makeup date has been determined as of yet.
The Eagles had been gearing up to face the Wolverines Wednesday – a team which they swept in two games last season – for the 2013 home opener after last weekend's Oestrike Classic was also called off due to undesirable weather. Instead, the Green and White will get ready for a three-game series with Miami University Friday-Sunday, March 22-24, in Oxford, Ohio to kick off the Mid-American Conference slate.
