YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University football team received a day off from practice Sunday, Aug. 19, but instead the player and coaches participated in media/photo day at Rynearson Stadium.
The Eagles lined up to have their photo taken on the field, as well as all of the EMU newcomers posed with Head Coach Ron English for their usual freshmen photo. Following that the squad moved into group shots along with taking the complete team photo with the 2012 senior class sitting front and center.
The Eagles will open their 121st season on the gridiron Thursday, Aug. 30, at Scheumann Stadium in Muncie, Ind. against Mid-American Conference foe Ball State. EMU football season tickets are on sale for as low as $48, and can be purchased by calling the EMU Ticket Office at 734.487.2282. Fans are encouraged to visit EMUEagles.com for full season ticket pricing information.
