YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The fifth annual Eastern Michigan University Women's Golf Outing to support the women's golf team will be held Sunday, July 18, here at EagleCrest Golf Club.

"The EMU women's golf team would like to thank everyone that has worked so hard to make this outing a great success," sixth-year EMU Head Women's Golf Coach Sandy Wagner said. "This event has provided us with $75,000 in additional funds for our program over the past four years. That extra financial support has enabled us to play in more competitive tournaments and has helped us become more successful."

Cost of the outing is $140 for each golfer and includes 18 holes of golf with cart, range balls, lunch on the course and a dinner following the tournament. Approximately $75 of that total is tax deductable.

For more information on the outing, please contact Sandy Wagner, at 734.845.1122 or by e-mail at swagner2@emich.edu, or Courtney Aili, at caili@emich.edu.
