Partridge, Kowalski earned first team All-MAC honors while Emig made the second team. Maraskine placed second in the 100-yard backstroke while turning in a Division I provisional qualifying time of 55.03.

On the men's side, Troy Esentan, Justin Griggs, Jacob Hanson and Scott Murphy were each named All-American Honorable Mention following outstanding performances at the 2010 MAC Championships in which the Eagles won for the fourth consecutive year and 29th time in the team's history.

Griggs was named the MAC's Most Outstanding Swimmer while Esentan, Hanson and Murphy were each named to the first team as well.

The Eastern Michigan men's team was named Mid-Major Champions by CollegeSwimming.com after finishing atop the Mid-Major men's poll. The women had a fantastic year as well, jumping five spots to finish the year as the sixth-best Mid-Major program.
