E-Hoops program offers students chance to win two-year Ford Focus lease
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University Athletics has created an incentive-based program for EMU students who attend Men's and Women's basketball home games between Jan. 6 and March 4, 2010. Students who attend 12 home games and get their “E-Hoops Card” stamped will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a two-year lease of a 2010 Ford Focus, sponsored by the E-Hoops Group.
During halftime of each game, an announcement will be made advising students where to go within the Convocation Center to get their cards stamped. A full range of prizes will be offered for every two games attended – with students receiving bigger and better prizes the more games they attend.
Prizes include:
2 games: Eagle Nation basketball t-shirt
4 games: Hot Dog/drink combo from the concession stand
6 games: Large, one-item pizza from Benito's
8 games: Free 2nd round MAC Tournament ticket(s) in Cleveland (permitting at least one of the teams advance – 1st round games are played at campus sites.)
10 games: EMU Adidas hooded sweatshirt
12 games: Automatic entrance into a drawing to win 27 month lease for a 2010 Ford Focus.
The drawing for the Ford Focus lease will be held during the final home game on March 4. The winner must be in attendance and will be required to provide proof of insurance to redeem their prize.
Students can pick up their E-Hoops Card at any of the following on-campus locations:
- Convocation Center Ticket Office
- On-campus Recreation Center
- Front desk of any residence hall
- Student Center information desk
- Home basketball games at the Convocation Center
